Return Policy

At Global Art & Canvas, we want you to love what you order. Customer Satisfaction is at the highest priority, so we openly provide our return policy.

The majority of items on a store can be returned for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Items that can’t be returned:

• "Sale" items

• Personalized items (Custom Orders)

• Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page

• Items you have already assembled

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
